> Damaged Product On Delivery
If an item is damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice: replace the product as soon as possible; credit your account with the purchase price of the product; refund you.
> Incorrect Order
If the items supplied do not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will correct this error as soon as possible at no expense to you. Please do not open or use incorrectly supplied items as this will waiver an option for return.
> Changed Your Mind?
Yes.Pet is happy to exchange any item if you change your mind about it, however the item must be sealed/in the original packaging and unused. You will however be liable for any and all associated courier costs incurred as a result of this exchange.
